📋 Agreement

By accessing or using Coldrun.ai ("Coldrun", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Coldrun is operated by Diego Mangabeira. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

🚀 Service Description

Coldrun is a B2B cold outreach automation platform that enables users to create and manage email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, personalize messages using AI, manage leads, and track campaign performance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

✅ Acceptable Use

By using Coldrun, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful B2B outreach purposes
• Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any other applicable anti-spam and data protection laws in your jurisdiction — compliance is your responsibility
• Not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) to consumers
• Not use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organization
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Not resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

💳 Payment Terms

Coldrun is offered at $49/month, billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Early access pricing is locked for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and resubscribe, standard pricing at that time will apply.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

🚪 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription within the app. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Coldrun does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outreach campaigns will achieve specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coldrun's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Coldrun is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm.

🌎 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the operator (Diego Mangabeira) is based. For users in the United States, these Terms are additionally interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting hello@coldrun.ai.
