• Company name, website, and sender email (provided during onboarding or in Settings)
• Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe; we do not store card numbers or banking details
• Outreach data — leads, campaigns, email sequences, and reply data you create within the platform
• Usage data — logs, session information, and feature usage for service improvement

⚙️ How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Provide and operate the Coldrun service
• Send transactional emails (welcome emails, password resets)
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe
• Generate AI-personalized outreach on your behalf
• Improve and develop the product
• Communicate important service updates

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

🔒 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database with access controls and encryption in transit. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

🔗 Third-Party Services

Coldrun uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Resend — transactional email delivery (welcome emails, notifications)
• Amazon SES — outreach email delivery on behalf of users
• Replit — application hosting and infrastructure

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

🗓️ Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days of receiving the request. Outreach data (leads, campaigns) may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
